Adoption Application

This application form serves to determine your eligibility to adopt from A Worthy Claws Rescue Society, as well as suitability for the selected cat. Please read the following, and complete the form below to begin the application process.

We accept multiple applications for cats, so please be aware that you may not be the only applicant. Our adoptions are not “first come, first served” — rather, we are looking for the best match that suits both the individual cat(s)’ and the applicant’s needs.

Please note: we are only able to contact the selected applicant – if selected, you should receive an email response within a few days (please check your spam box in case our emails are filtered out). We are not able to respond individually to any additional enquiries at this time. A Worthy Claws Rescue Society reserves the right to refuse any application deemed unsatisfactory.

The completion of this form does not guarantee that you will be able to adopt a cat.
